SumDU Academic Integrity Promotion Group with the support of partner universities (including Dnipro Polytechnic National University) and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA) provided training "Academic Integrity as a driving force for improving the quality of higher education: cases of accreditation expertise."

The training took place over three days, from June 14 to 16, according to the following structure:

  • Day 1: Analysis of HEI regulatory framework in terms of ensuring academic integrity.
  • Day 2: Criteria for evaluating the system of ensuring academic integrity during the accreditation examination.
  • Day 3: Academic Integrity in Self-Assessment Reports and Expert Group Reports - Cases.

This training is a continuation of a series of educational activities organized within the project ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH-101048055 "AICE - With Academic integrity to EU values: step by step to common Europe", co-financed by the EU Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency under the Jean Monnet strand of the Erasmus + program.

About 450 participants from more than 50 organizations joined the training - higher education and research institutions, including students who are not indifferent to issues of academic integrity.

The AICE project is dedicated to implementing best practices of EU countries in ensuring academic integrity in the educational activities of educational institutions, defining the role of students, teachers and university management in creating an excellent educational environment.
