AICE Project

Project Duration: 2022 — 2025
Project Reference: ERASMUS-JMO-2021-HEI-TCH-RSCH-101048055
Programme: Erasmus+ Programme (ERASMUS)

The project "With Academic integrity to EU values: step by step to common Europe" (AICE) aims to foster an understanding of European culture and the extension of the best European practices regarding integrity and conscious citizenship, both in the academic and scientific environment and in the various spheres of society that form the base to enter Common Europe.

The mission of the project is to build students' step-by-step understanding of the importance to follow European values of integrity, from academic integrity to professional integrity, which is the foundation of a society based on conscious citizenship.

In the last year alone, over 50 high-profile cases related to dishonesty in various spheres of public life have been discovered in Ukraine in media, business, public administration and public relations. Such situations are more than often originated due to the fact that basic European values of integrity and conscious citizenship are hardly been fostered with young people yet at educational establishments. Universities are expected to play a crucial role in this process and substantially facilitate dissemination of these European values among young people.
